Cutting and Arranging Early Spring Flowers Workshop with Foxie Morgan (Tuesday, May 6, 2025)

May is one of the most beautiful months at Pharsalia when the flowers start to come alive and the warming of the days brings new things to cut, arrange and enjoy.
This is our first flower arranging workshop of the season where we give you an opportunity to walk the spacious grounds and cut while also learning from Foxie about peonies as well as harvesting and conditioning other flowers. Some varieties that may be in bloom are mock orange, lilacs, baptistia, fringe tree, scotch broom, hellebores, deutzia, peonies and more.
Before we begin cutting, Foxie will give a few techniques and mechanics in flower arranging as well as handouts. When you are back from cutting, Foxie will turn you loose to create your own beautiful arrangement to take home and enjoy. If you need additional help in the arranging process, assistance will be provided.
If you have not done this before, step out, bring a friend and try something new.
Fee for the workshop is $155.00 and lunch will be provided. This workshop is rain or shine.
Please bring a clean plastic bucket with a handle, clippers and a container/vase for your arrangement. A box is also suggested to transport your arrangement home. We will also have our favorite clippers for sale as well as assorted plants and flower arranging supplies.
CANCELLATION POLICY: No refunds will be given 7 days or fewer from the day of the event.
WEATHER POLICY: Refunds will only be given if we are unable to reschedule the event.
